A responsible approach

What our clients often like is that Dans le Noir ? and the Ethik Investment group apply to themselves what they advise others. Especially in the employment of people with disabilities since the group employs 50% of people with severe disabilities in the mainstream environment, without any assistance or subsidies. Dans le Noir ? has also set up a real circular economy logic in its Parisian restaurant, for example by investing in an agro-ecological farm near Paris to produce part of its organic ingredients with a low carbon impact while recycling its biological waste.

Tailor-made interventions

Our team adapts to each case to deliver a tailor-made service, adapted to your needs and your problem.

  • For example, we organize conferences before or after the dinner experience in the dark.
  • We make podcasts with debates in the dark on CSR or social innovation topics.
  • We organise awareness-raising operations on the integration of people with disabilities, either in our establishments, or on your premises or in places adapted to the project with our event subsidiary: Ethik Connection.
  • We set up training courses on different subjects adapted to the problems of each company..

We work with large companies (Google, L'Oréal,...) as well as with ETIs or SMEs.

In some cases, the expenses devoted to raising awareness and training your employees on the employment of people with disabilities are deductible from your AGEFIPH budget.

 

A seminar and training centre

In France, in addition to its restaurants and sensory spaces in Paris, Nantes & Bordeaux, the Ethik Investment / Dans le Noir ? group also has a training and seminar centre located in the charming little village of Sarrazac in the Lot, between the prestigious sites of Rocamadour, Padirac and Collonges-la-Rouge. The centre is fully equipped, including a room in absolute darkness. The centre is located just opposite one of the best hostels in the region with around 30 rooms.
