Guided by our sensory experts, participants discover grape varieties, aromatic families and taste balances while learning to identify characteristics without relying on vision.

Alongside the tasting workshop, Dans le Noir ? Paris offers food and wine pairing dinners in the restaurant.
Each dish is crafted to create subtle harmony between textures, temperatures and sensations.

Without visual influence, guests experience pairings differently: flavours become more focused, contrasts intensify, and conversations around sensations take on a new richness.

The wine tasting workshop is offered in a 45-minute to 1-hour discovery format, for small groups of 2 to 8 people.
It is available all year round, by reservation, at our Sensory Space in the heart of Paris.

Group bookings and private sessions are also available, including Corporate formats for end-of-year events (20 to 50 people).

The box includes:

• five mystery 10 cl wine samples, carefully selected,
• a blackout mask to taste without visual cues,
