Your experience begins in a well-lit area, where the team introduces the concept, checks for any allergies or dietary requirements and explains the main stages of the meal. 

Getting ready before entering the dining room 

Before entering the dark dining room, you leave your phones, watches and any other light-emitting devices in the designated lockers. Bulky personal belongings, such as coats and bags, are also stored outside the dining room in a secure area. 

Entering the darkness  

You then enter the dining room in single file, stepping into total darkness, with no candles, flashes or other sources of light. Your guides are much more than servers: they accompany you throughout the experience, help you find your way to your table and serve your meal, allowing you to relax and enjoy the experience with confidence. 

Discovering the surprise menu  

Once seated, you enjoy your meal without being able to see it. The menu remains a surprise throughout dinner, encouraging you to focus on your other senses.
