We welcome you to the heart of Paris for friendly and sensory workshops in complete darkness! Join us at 40 rue Quincampoix, in a serene and stylish space just 30 meters from our famous Dans le Noir ? restaurant, where the Espace Sensoriel team will be delighted to host you. No more than 9 guests at a time, for a friendly and meaningful experience. With vision removed, your other senses awaken and express themselves more freely.

Immersed in darkness, participants are invited to explore the textures, smells, flavors, and aromas of the delicious aperitif bites offered. Apéritif time is meant to be shared – with family, friends, or even as a couple – always with joy and conviviality!

A one-of-a-kind workshop!

Upon arrival at the Espace Sensoriel, guests are welcomed by our team, who will take the time to explain the sensory experience they are about to live. Free of phones, watches, or any light-emitting items, participants meet their sensory guide, who will lead them into complete darkness and accompany them throughout the experience.

Guests will then share a peaceful and timeless moment around specially selected aperitif tapas. The various items will spark their curiosity and awaken their senses, leading to rich conversations about sensations.

Lunch or dinner-style apéritif? You choose!

We offer a sensory awakening through 8 tapas and 2 drinks (with or without alcohol). Products with remarkable sensory qualities that will tantalize taste buds and curiosity alike. Textures, scents, flavors, aromas... What sensations do you detect?

Of course, we will ask about any allergies (gluten, lactose, nuts…) or dietary restrictions (vegan, no meat, no pork…) to create a suitable apéritif.

Once seated in the dark, all around a table, the experience begins! The voice of the guide takes guests on a sensory journey, helping them throughout this blind tasting.

Back in the light, guests will discover what they tasted. Expect surprises!
