We welcome you in the heart of Paris to experience friendly and sensory workshops in total darkness! Meet us at 40 rue Quincampoix, in a serene and stylish venue located just 30 meters from our famous Dans le Noir ? restaurant. The Sensorial Space team will warmly welcome you. Maximum 9 people per group to ensure a friendly and meaningful experience. When vision is removed, your other senses awaken and express themselves more freely.

Immersed in darkness, participants must identify the textures, smells, tastes, and aromas of the delicious aperitif bites offered. The apéritif is meant to be shared – with family, friends, or as a couple – always in a joyful and convivial atmosphere!

A one-of-a-kind workshop!

Upon arrival at the Sensorial Space, guests are welcomed by our team who will explain the sensory experience they are about to undertake. After leaving all luminous and bulky items (phones, watches, cameras...), participants meet their sensory guide who will lead them into absolute darkness and accompany them throughout the experience.

The guests will share a peaceful, timeless moment around specially selected aperitif tapas. The different bites offered will stir their curiosity and awaken their senses, prompting the exchange of sensations.

It's Apéritif O’Clock!

Lunch or dinner-style apéritif – it’s your choice!

We offer sensory awakening through 8 tapas and 2 drinks (alcoholic or not). Products with remarkable sensory qualities that will tantalize your taste buds and curiosity. Textures, scents, flavors, aromas... what do you sense?

Of course, we will take note of any allergies (gluten, lactose, nuts…) or dietary restrictions (vegan, no meat, no pork...) to create a suitable apéritif.

Once seated in total darkness, around a shared table, the experience begins! The voice of the guide leads guests on a sensory journey and supports them throughout this blind tasting.

Back in the light, they will discover what they tasted. Expect surprises!
